The Penetrator

You find weak spots in a target's armor with spears, archery, and other specialized ammo.

Use AP rifle bullets to shoot through multiple organic targets.

Ranks and effects

Rank	Requirements	Effect
1	Perception Level 1 Buy: 1 Point	Ignore 10% of armor with firearms and archery, 20% on anything with Target Armor reduction.
2	Perception Level 4 Buy: 1 Point	Ignore 15% of armor with firearms and archery, 30% on anything with Target Armor reduction. Armor-piercing rounds can penetrate an additional target or a block of up to 500 hit points when using Hunting, Lever Action, or Sniper Rifles.
3	Perception Level 6 Buy: 1 Point	Ignore 20% of armor with firearms and archery, 40% on anything with Target Armor reduction. Armor-piercing rounds can penetrate two additional targets or a block of up to 750 hit points when using Hunting, Lever Action, or Sniper Rifles.
4	Perception Level 8 Buy: 1 Point	Ignore 20% of armor with firearms and archery, 50% on anything with Target Armor reduction. Armor-piercing rounds can penetrate three additional targets or a block of up to 1000 hit points when using Hunting, Lever Action, or Sniper Rifles.
5	Perception Level 10 Buy: 1 Point	Ignore 20% of armor with firearms and archery, 50% on anything with Target Armor reduction. Armor-piercing rounds can penetrate four additional targets or a block of up to 1000 hit points when using Hunting, Lever Action, or Sniper Rifles.
