Weighted Head Mod Schematic
Weighted Head Mod: A modification for all melee weapons and tools.
Adds a chance to stun and slow victims.
Knives and machetes do not have a head that can be weighted.

Weighted Head Mod
The listed chance is checked when a qualifying attack hits. It is not a guaranteed effect on every hit, and a target resistant to that effect may not be affected.

Q1-Q6 refer to the modification quality, not the weapon quality. Percentage changes describe a particular statistic; they are not a guaranteed percentage change in your final damage, accuracy or travel time.
Install the finished modification in a compatible item through Modify. A weapon or tool must be in use, and armor must be worn, for its effects to apply. A loose modification in your backpack does not provide its bonus.
