3	Agility Level 5 Buy: 1 Point	Your gun spits bullets faster than your brain processes targets. Hip fire accuracy is improved by 15% Movement penalty when reloading is reduced to 20%.
4	Agility Level 7 Buy: 1 Point	Reload on the run like a maniac. Hip fire accuracy is improved by 20% Movement penalty when reloading is reduced to 10%.
5	Agility Level 10 Buy: 1 Point	You're a deadly trigger man having mastered the art of run and gun. Hip fire accuracy is improved by 25% No movement penalty when reloading.
