Barrel Extender Mod: Increases damage, range, and aimed accuracy, but makes the weapon more unwieldy when fired from the hip.

Barrel Extender Mod

A smaller spread means shots land in a tighter area. It improves consistency, but does not guarantee that every shot hits the crosshair. Aiming and hip-fire bonuses apply in their respective firing modes.
