Stamina regeneration while absorbing water

Absorbing water grants +15% stamina regeneration. Its duration depends on the water still being absorbed, your hydration and earlier drinks. It is not tied to the fixed timer of another drink bonus.

Temporary maximum stamina: +30

This increases the size of your stamina bar, not running speed. The bonus lasts during food absorption and about 7 more minutes at base duration. Equal or stronger meals refresh or replace it; weaker meals can replace it near expiry. Bonuses from meals do not simply add together.
