How this modification works
Each installed cargo modification enlarges that vehicle storage. A vehicle accepts up to two copies, provided free modification slots remain.
Install this modification in the vehicle modification window. It changes that vehicle; carrying it in your backpack or the vehicle storage does not activate it.
