How this modification works
Loot stage influences the available loot, but does not guarantee a rare item. The treasure bonus reduces the number of blocks you must dig before the search area shrinks.

Q1-Q6 refer to the modification quality, not the weapon quality. Percentage changes describe a particular statistic; they are not a guaranteed percentage change in your final damage, accuracy or travel time.
Install the finished modification in a compatible item through Modify. A weapon or tool must be in use, and armor must be worn, for its effects to apply. A loose modification in your backpack does not provide its bonus.
