Armor Quad Pocket Mod
Decrease encumbrance penalty by 4 by installing this modification into your armor.
How this modification works
Frees inventory slots that would otherwise cause encumbrance. It does not add inventory slots or enlarge item stacks. In V3.3 EXP an equipped backpack adds slots separately, and those added slots can still be encumbered.

Install the finished modification in a compatible item through Modify. A weapon or tool must be in use, and armor must be worn, for its effects to apply. A loose modification in your backpack does not provide its bonus.
